Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Technical Operation Head of Distillery to oversee our grain-based production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, uphold quality standards, ensure safety compliance, manage the distillery team, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Management: Lead and oversee distillation processes for both molasses and grain-based production to meet targets.
2. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, and address any quality issues.
3. Safety and Compliance: Promote and enforce safety protocols, conduct training, and mitigate hazards.
4. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the distillery team, conduct performance reviews, and manage staffing.
5. Operational Efficiency: Optimize production processes, manage inventory, and implement cost-saving initiatives and Control on Procurement of Raw material

1. Production Efficiency: Achieve or exceed production targets and optimize resource utilization.
2. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
3. Safety and Compliance: Ensure zero incidents of safety violations and high safety audit scores.
4. Team Performance: Foster a productive work environment and achieve team performance goals.
5. Operational Cost Management: Adhere to budgetary constraints and improve cost-per-unit metrics.
6. Innovation and Development: Successfully implement new processes and contribute to R&D initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. B.E Qualified with Mechanical/Chemical /Production
2. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in distillery operations Or other Industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. knowledge in grain-based operations is preferred
4. Excellent leadership, team management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Good understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
